# Current limits

> What Kerne doesn't cover today

What isn't built yet, so you don't find out halfway through an integration.

  <Accordion title="Several people sharing one account">
    A company can be a customer on its own — no user required. What's missing is **membership**:
    several of your users acting on that same company's account from a login session. Today, access
    is one-to-one between a session and the customer it names; only your own backend, calling with
    your secret key, can act on a customer on someone else's behalf.

  <Accordion title="Roles and resource-level permissions">
    No per-user roles, no "this teammate can bill but not delete." Administering your tenant
    requires your secret key, not a logged-in user's session — see [Admin
    access](/concepts/identity/admin-access).

    Email + password and magic link only. If social login is required at launch, keep identity in
    your own stack and use Kerne for access instead.
