kerne.request() calls it directly - same base URL, same headers, same secret key as every other method on this client. It exists so a missing wrapper never blocks you.

If a route you need isn’t wrapped by a typed method yet,
Server-side only, same as the rest of this package - it’s still an authenticated call, so it can reach anything your key is authorized for.
